Dr. Sam Alkhoury

It was actually Dr. Alkhoury’s sister that inspired him to become an orthodontist! When she got braces, he saw first-hand that orthodontic treatment was about so much more than just improving the position of someone’s teeth; it was also about improving their overall health and boosting their confidence. It’s been several decades since then, and he is still just as passionate about giving each and every patient customized treatment that delivers the same incredible results.

As for his studies, Dr. Alkhoury chose to attend the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After graduating with honors, he underwent a residency in Advanced Education in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics at New York University. At this time, he was awarded the “Program Director Award.” He’s been practicing orthodontics for well over two decades now, and he loves using his extensive education and advanced training to help his patients achieve their dream smiles.

Outside of the office, Dr. Alkhoury does dedicate his time to continuing education and memberships with professional organizations, like the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. However, his favorite things to do are spend time with his family, travel, or cheer on his beloved Red Sox!

Traditional Braces
